Shipping policy

Our goal is to ship your order within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Normal shipping days are Monday through Friday.

Expedited Shipping (UPS):
Orders requesting expedited shipping (UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS Next Day) that are placed by 11:30 a.m. CT will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. CT will be shipped the next business day.

USPS Priority Mail:
USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1–3 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that USPS delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Digital products will be delivered online only, regardless of the shipping method you select.

You will be responsible for any duties and taxes assessed by customs in your country.

Products damaged during shipment must be reported to Human Kinetics within 2 weeks of shipment receipt. At that time, the nature of the damage must be explained. Please contact us for immediate assistance with reporting the nature of the damage.

Please be sure that the address you provide is correct and complete. Human Kinetics will not be responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information provided.
