This option is especially valuable to elementary, middle school, and high school teachers and coaches who are required to earn professional development credit to maintain their teaching certificate and advance on the pay scale. From the comfort of your own home, you can earn professional development credits by taking a course in which you have genuine interest: coaching!

Instructions for Student Registration
Prior to purchasing the Human Kinetics Coach Education online course (which you will do from this page), you must first register with Fresno Pacific University. If you haven't completed this step already, follow these instructions:
- Go to the FPU website;
- Click on the title of the appropriate course: Principles of Coaching, Sport First Aid, Coaching Basketball, Teaching and Coaching Baseball, or Teaching and Coaching Football. Review the course description and syllabus, and then click on the 3 Units link to register for the course;
- Complete the registration and payment screens. Upon successful submission, you will receive an e-mail response confirming receipt.

After you've completed the FPU registration process and paid the associated fees, the next step is to purchase the Human Kinetics Coach Education online course. To place your order, click on the course below. Coaching Principles and Sport First Aid are offered in two formats: with paperback or with ebook. Either format is acceptable. The sport-specific courses are only available with ebook. Successful completion of the course will earn students 3.0 semester units of graduate-level professional development credits.
