Administrator Access Reports

This report will provide you with a list of coaches in your organization that have passed ASEP test(s). If your organization offers a special test (i.e. state by-law exams), those test results are included with the Coaching Principles test results. The report includes a date parameter field* and a list of courses to choose for your report. If your organization is offering a course or sport that is not listed please contact support at support@asep.com.

*Please note: If the report you attempt to run times out on you, try narrowing the date parameters to one-year increments.

This report allows you to gauge your coaches or officials' progress in the online test. You can see what sections of the test have been completed, the number of test questions that have been answered (overall and per section), and the final score once the test has been submitted.

To run the report, choose the appropriate course from the drop-down menu and enter your date parameter s. After pressing the "Get Report" button, your report will be generated in an Excel spreadsheet. You can save this spreadsheet to your computer or to a disk or CD.

This report allows you to see which coaches or officials have registered for an online course. The "subscription start date" column is the date the coach or official registered for the course.

To run the report, choose the appropriate course from the drop-down menu and enter your date parameters. After pressing the "Get Report" button, your report will be generated in an Excel spreadsheet. You can save this spreadsheet to your computer or to a disk or CD.
